iPhone 6s和iPhone 6s Plus是由苹果公司设计销售的智能手机。两款产品于2015年9月9日发表，外型除了后方的“s”注记之外与6基本一致，不过在内部具备相当程度改进过的硬件规格与相机及压力感应触摸屏技术3D Touch，A9性能较以往的iPhone大幅提升，同时在机身工艺做出防泼强化改造，以解决上代弯折的问题，而配色方面也首次增加玫瑰金选项。

同期主要竞争对手是LG G4、Sony Xperia Z5、HTC One M9、Samsung Galaxy S6、Samsung Galaxy Note 5、Nexus 6P、华为 Ascend Mate 8及Nexus 5X，相对于iPhone 6的耀眼销售，尽管这款产品不只是继承近年来逐步改进的结晶，还包含苹果的前瞻性技术在内，是第一款从后乔布斯时代向库克时代过渡的首部手机，然而出货量却出现iPhone发表以来首次衰退，对苹果财报造成影响，直到一年后的销售后期出货总量才逐渐回稳。

iPhone 6S和iPhone 6S Plus推出时内置iOS 9操作系统，可升级到iOS 10、iOS 11、iOS 12、iOS 13 、iOS 14、iOS 15，它们与iPhone SE皆为支持达7个版本iOS的iPhone。

屏幕配备三维触控能识别屏幕上施加的力度，简化操作，提供新输入介质。玻璃强度也有略微提高，防止上一代大机身曲面容易碎裂的问题，在一米的设计高度跌下破损概率变得较低。[7][8]

镜头[编辑]

后置的iSight主镜头由4s时代延续已久的800万像素升至1200万像素，达到了摄录4K画质的能力，像素尺寸由1.5µ减为1.22µ，LED闪光灯增强。

前置的FaceTime通话 HD镜头由120万像素升至500万像素，并使用特殊芯片来用手机屏幕打闪光灯，亮度瞬间可达三倍。

软件方面，新增了LivePhoto。

iPhone 6s/6s Plus使用苹果自家设计的64位架构Apple A9芯片，并配备全新M9动作感应协同处理器，本次分别采用三星的14nm FinFET制程和台积电的16nm FinFET制程。Apple称其性能较Apple A8处理器提升70%，图形处理也提升90%。

机壳[编辑]

因应弯折门的影响，机身采用7000系铝金属，机身强度增加到上一代的2倍以上，并新增玫瑰金色机壳。另外在机身内部与接缝处加入了胶条，除了减少液体侵入的损坏可能，也具备了防泼功能，与短暂的浸泡保护。另外采用了新的磨砂工艺，使得摩擦系数较上款增加，降低用户摔落的风险，在触摸时能够感觉到差异。

三维触控[编辑]

增加Taptic Engine精密震动部件，使用户能在使用三维触控功能时，得到触碰反馈力道，新的触感反馈是iPhone 6s最大特点。

存儲空间[编辑]

和上一代一样，有16GB、64GB以及128GB三种容量规格。尽管大容量版本采用TLC/3-bit MLC闪存，却使用NVMe界面连接，不再采用当前移动设备上常用的eMMC界面，所以虽然其容量不变但仍然有获得存儲性能的提升，[9][10]此外由于NVMe在电脑服务器的使用主要是面向固态硬盘等固态存儲设备的界面，有评论指苹果公司在iPhone 6s/6s plus上安装了一颗固态硬盘。[11]iPhone 7推出以后，为了刺激买家，iPhone 6s将16GB、64GB停产，重新推出32GB再加上原有的128GB二种容量规格。

首波销售国家及地区于2015年9月12日开始接受预订，9月25日在美国、加拿大、波多黎各、英国、法国、德国、澳洲、新西兰、日本、香港、新加坡、中国大陆等国家和地区上市[12]。

芯片门事件[编辑]

由于iPhone 6s所使用的CPU是由台积电及三星等这两家公司代工，三星代工的CPU虽然在制程上较台积电小，但经部分测试三星在温度上有容易过热问题以及性能及电力能耗的表现较差，但美国消费者报告及PC Magazine提出实验证明两者并无差异[13][14]。在部分地区市场开始出现不愿意接受三星版本的消费者，而导致退货潮，而且在二手/转售市场，两个版本出现了显著价差。[来源请求]
