iPhone 5s是美国苹果公司于2013年9月推出的智能手机，是第七代iPhone。

iPhone 5s搭载iOS 7作为操作系统，手机外观与硬件方面则首次新增金色选项，内部电池略增到1560毫安时，与全新相机镜头（但未提升像素，仅改良使感光面积增大）、双色闪光灯（True Tone）、新一代Apple A7处理器、且是全球首部采用64位处理器的智能手机。[2][3]此外增加iOS系列硬件第一次采用，也是业界最先使用的专利按压式指纹识别（touch finger print）功能。

iPhone 5s及iPhone 5c在开售后首三日共录得九百万破纪录销量[4]。

64位架构[编辑]

iPhone 5s 搭载采用64 比特架构的Apple A7处理器，可向下兼容 32 比特 的应用程序（在更新至 iOS 11 后，对 32位的应用程序的支持已被删除），并支持 OpenGL ES 3.0。[5]官方指A7处理器比上一代的A6处理器快两倍。[6]

由于苹果公司于2012年7月收购指纹感应器制造商 AuthenTec，因此在正式发布之前已经有媒体猜测下一代 iPhone 有指纹识别功能[7]。在发布会上确认指纹识别器的名字为触控ID，并被装嵌在被蓝宝石水晶覆盖之下的Home键中。识别器具有500ppi的扫描精度，指纹资料会被存储在A7处理器的一个独立安全区（Secure Enclave）内，任何软件都无权限访问，且永远不会被备份至苹果服务器或电脑。

依照测试，猫掌的生物特征也可以让触控ID (触控ID) 识别。[8]

iSight 摄像头[编辑]

苹果在 iPhone 5s 采用像素不变，增加感光组件面积的方法提高照片质量。每一个像素的直径扩大到1.5µm，光圈提升到f/2.2，令整体感光能力提高33%。

隐私问题[编辑]

媒体担忧 iPhone 5s 的指纹识别系统可能会泄露个人隐私。苹果声称指纹识别信息不会上传云端或进行备份，并只会存储在苹果A7芯片中的Secure Enclave内，且只有指纹识别系统才可以访问资料。[11][12][13]另外由于iPhone 5s采用电容按压式读取技术，因此能识别对象是否活体[14]，但混沌计算机俱乐部透过超高分辨率（2400dpi）扫描指纹，再翻转然后用厚碳粉1200dpi高分辨率打印在透明胶片上，之后用乳胶制作模子，湿润模子再印上去即成功破解。[15]

水平仪误差[编辑]

初期 iPhone 5S 的水平仪传感器存在明显误差，经过部分调查，误差普遍在2°~4°之间。苹果公司于 2013年10月22日 发布的 iOS 7.0.3 更新里修正了加速器的误差。

电辐烫伤[编辑]

中国湖南省株洲市市民苏静用自己2014年4月购买iPhone5s打电话时，突然感觉手机发热就把手机拿开，后发现脸被烫出一个红印。经医院诊断为“电辐烫伤”。[16]
