iPhone（後來亦被俗稱為iPhone 2G[1]、iPhone 1[2]）是蘋果公司旗下首款智能電話，也是蘋果公司旗下智能電話系列iPhone的初代產品，是由史提夫·喬布斯在2007年1月9日的Macworld Conference & Expo 2007大會上發佈[3][4][5]，同年6月29日在美國發售[6][7]，其搭載了一塊3.5寸的電容式多點輕觸式螢幕，以及蘋果公司所開發的作業系統iPhone OS 1，支援2.5G四頻GSM網絡與GPRS和EDGE[8]。

iPhone的發佈對整個行業都產生了很大的影響，其本身也很快成為蘋果公司最成功的產品之一，其發售74天後銷量就達到了一百萬[9]。到2007年第四季度，iPhone在美國智能電話市場的市佔率達到28%，排名第二，在全球市場上以6.5%的成績摘得第三[10]。蘋果公司最終共計售出了6,124,000部iPhone。

研發[編輯]

2004年，蘋果公司召集1000多名內部員工組成團隊開始研發iPhone，當時的專案名稱為「Project Purple」，被蘋果公司列為高度機密[11]，為此還特別以各種理由分離員工日常上班的內部辦公動線，保密程度之誇張，已經到了連公司高級幹部都不知情的程度。時任蘋果公司CEO的史提夫·喬布斯一開始的想法是研發一款類似於iPad的平板電腦，但隨後他改變主意，決定進軍智能電話領域[12]。在研發iPhone時，蘋果公司曾與Cingular Wireless公司——即後來的AT&T有過秘密合作，後者向iPhone專案進行了投資，並給予蘋果公司極大的自由去開發iPhone的硬件及軟件[13][14]。作為交換，蘋果公司保證在4年內，美國市場的iPhone將會由AT&T獨家發售[15]。2007年1月9日，史提夫·喬布斯在 Macworld 2007 上向公眾正式介紹了iPhone智能電話，第一代iPhone分為4GB容量與8GB容量版，售價分別為499美元與599美元[16]。

發售[編輯]

第一代iPhone於同年6月29日晚上6時（當地時間）正式發售，全美有上千名蘋果發燒友為搶購iPhone而在蘋果公司與AT&T的零售店門口提前一天排隊[17][18]。第一代iPhone上市後引發了熱潮，一些媒體甚至稱這款智能電話為「Jesus phone」（耶穌的手提電話）[19][20]，很多零售店在一小時內即告iPhone售罄，並在一段時間內面臨貨物短缺。2007年11月，第一代iPhone在英國、法國和德國上市，並於第二年春天在澳洲上市[21]。

發售後[編輯]

2007年9月5日，蘋果公司很罕見的降低了8GB版本的價格，並停止生產4GB版本[22]。五天後，蘋果公司宣佈已賣出100萬部iPhone[23]。在iPhone降價後，上百名以原價購買iPhone的消費者傳送郵件至蘋果公司，表達了自己的不滿，這迫使史提夫·喬布斯舉辦新聞發佈會，在發佈會上向這些消費者致歉，並補償這些消費者100美元Apple Store代金券[24]。2008年2月5日，蘋果公司放出16GB版的iPhone 2G[25]，並在2008年3月6日宣佈將會支援軟件開發套件，允許第三方為iPhone開發應用程式。2008年6月9日，蘋果公司發佈了新一代的iPhone 3G，並於同年7月11日正式發售[26]，第一代iPhone則在iPhone 3G上市後徹底停產；第一代iPhone共計售出了6,124,000部[27][28]。

iPhone的主體是一面3.5吋（89毫米）電容式多點觸控螢幕，除輕觸螢幕外還有五個物理按鍵，分別為音量鍵、靜音鍵、開關鍵與Home鍵。第一代iPhone有一層鉻鍍層，iPhone的背面主要為鋁製，但為防止金屬阻隔訊號的傳送與接收，其背面底部為塑料制[29]。網絡攝影機位於iPhone背面左上方，耳機插槽則在頂部，但由於特殊的設計，若不使用配接器，市面上大部分音響裝置不能直接與iPhone相連[29]。

系列特點和功能[編輯]

iPhone是一部4頻段GSM格式的智能電話，支援EDGE和802.11b/g無線上網，支援電子郵件、行動通話、短訊、網絡瀏覽以及其他的無線通訊服務。iPhone沒有鍵盤，而是創新地引入了多點觸控的觸控螢幕，於當時在操作性上與其他品牌的手提電話相比佔有領先地位。iPhone包括了iPod的媒體播放功能，和為了流動裝置修改後的Mac OS X作業系統。

在iPhone發行過程中，iPhone的作業系統曾被命名為「iPhone OS」，但自第四個重大版本開始 (iOS 4)，蘋果公司將系統名稱改為「iOS」。儘管蘋果公司已經停止對第一代iPhone進行升級更高版本iOS的支援，但用戶可透過iOS越獄來進行升級。甚至有黑客曾將Android系統安裝到iPhone中[30]。第一代iPhone發售時支援虛擬語音信箱、HTML電子郵件、Safari網頁瀏覽器、YouTube等功能，但並沒有剪下、複製和貼上功能。但在2009年6月17日放出的iPhone OS 3.0版本升級中，iPhone開始支援這些功能[31]。

《紐約時報》與《華爾街日報》都曾對iPhone有正面的評價，但都對iPhone的前景表示謹慎，並且對AT&T的網絡速度與訊號強度頗有微詞，由於iPhone由AT&T獨家發售，訊號問題也影響到了媒體與消費者對iPhone的評價。《華爾街日報》科技版評論家認為iPhone有一些缺陷，但這是一部十分出色的掌上電腦[32]。《時代周刊》則對iPhone大加讚揚，並且提名iPhone為2007年年度創新產品[33]。

微軟前CEO史提夫·鮑爾默則曾在2007年嘲笑初代iPhone「是世界上最貴的手機，而且它沒有鍵盤，因此它不會受到商務人士的歡迎」。[34]
