iPad (第 7 代)[1]是一台由苹果公司所开发、销售的平板电脑，并于2019年9月10日，在苹果公司于加利福尼亚州总部举办的秋季发表会正式发布。[2]。存在着不同的称呼（第七代iPad、iPad 2019以及作为俗称的iPad 7），操作系统采用iPad OS 13。此iPad将延续六代的9.7吋屏幕加大为10.2吋，采用苹果 A10 Fusion处理器，并加入对Apple Pencil 1和智能键盘的支持。[3][4]
它支持第一代Apple Pencil，并具有智能键盘连接器。它针对预算和教育市场。
与之前配备 9.7 英寸屏幕的iPad型号不同，该设备是入门级 iPad 系列中第一款配备更大 10.2 英寸屏幕的设备。
它的继任者第八代 iPad于 2020 年 9 月 15 日发布，它已经取代了这款 iPad。

围绕 2018 年 iPad 继任者的谣言在 2019 年上半年开始浮出水面，当时有七款 iPad 型号在欧亚经济委员会注册，该数据库以提供有关苹果即将发布的设备的提示而闻名。其中一个型号被认为是一款新的入门级 iPad，据称与 2018 年的 iPad 相比，它的设计升级很小。一些消息来源声称，新型号将配备双镜头后置镜头，其屏幕尺寸可能为 10.2 英寸，高于之前 iPad 型号的 9.7 英寸屏幕。 BGR 的报告还声称，该设备可能会在 2019 年 7 月开始量产，预计发布日期在当年第三季度左右。
