VCAM-1(Vascular cell adhesion protein 1(I型血管细胞黏附蛋白)),又称CD106,是一种细胞黏附蛋白,在人体内由VCAM-1基因编码,属于一种唾液酸糖蛋白[1]

结构[编辑]

VCAM-1含有6个或7个免疫球蛋白结构域,属于免疫球蛋白超家族英语Immunoglobulin superfamily(immunoglobulin superfamily, IgSF)。于人体内存在两个由可变剪接产生的转录本[2]

功能与分布[编辑]

VCAM-1参与淋巴细胞—内皮细胞间黏附过程和细胞间信号识别过程,能在免疫应答中促进淋巴细胞向炎症区迁移[3]淋巴细胞软骨细胞等细胞中都含有VCAM-1,血管内皮细胞在受到细胞因子刺激后也会表达VCAM-1蛋白[2][4]。一些间充质干细胞亚群细胞表面表达CD106(VCAM-1)[5]
