恐童（pedophobia），也称为恐孩、儿童恐惧症， 是一种关于12岁以下儿童和婴儿的恐惧症。[1]表现为一种对儿童或青少年的恐惧、蔑视、厌恶或偏见的情绪状态。恐童症的英语Pedophobia在某些用法上与恐少年症ephebiphobia相同。[2][3][4] 精神病学已经有多种对恐童的研究，[5]有研究认为对儿童的恐惧是影响受孕的一个因素。[6][7]

  • 台湾高铁于2025年9月推行“宁静车厢”政策，保全巡视车厢时全程举牌对乘客施加压力，要求不得发出声音。[8]后续有幼童哭闹遭工作人员要求母亲至玄关，甚至有乘客怒吼要求婴幼儿不得发出声音。不少家长反应，该措施上路后带小孩搭车压力增大。妇产科医生苏怡宁指出，孩子哭是一种求助，强迫对父母施加压力，要求小孩闭嘴，是厌童行为，亦是虐童的起点。[9][10]
