      Mozilla VPN是由Mozilla开发的开源虚拟私人网络浏览器扩充功能、应用程序和移动应用程序，原名Firefox Private Network。[1]

      历史[编辑]

      2019年9月10日，Firefox Private Network[2]测试版推出。

      2020年6月18日，Firefox Private Network更名为“Mozilla VPN”。[3][4]

      2020年7月15日，Mozilla VPN正式版推出。[3]

      功能[编辑]

      Mozilla VPN可以隐藏用户的真实IP地址，并对用户的所有网络活动进行加密。[5][6][7]

      Mozilla VPN的Firefox浏览器扩展有免费版，IOS和Android以及Microsoft Windows、MacOS和Linux上的Mozilla VPN应用程序则需要用户付费才能使用。[1][8]

      付费版使用的是瑞典Mullvad VPN的服务，该服务使用WireGuard VPN标准，[6]而免费版使用美国Cloudflare的服务。[9][10][11]

      安全性[编辑]

      2020年8月，网络安全公司Cure53发现了Mozilla VPN中有多个漏洞。: 2 2021年3月，Cure53再度发现两个中危漏洞和一个高危漏洞。[12][13]
