Microsoft Internet Explorer 1（简称IE1）是微软于1995年8月16日发布的网页浏览器，也是Internet Explorer系列中首次发行版本。它附属在Windows 95的OEM版本以及Windows 95的Microsoft Plus!中[1] 。它在Microsoft Plus!中属于“网页工具”（Internet Jumpstart Kit）中的一个软件[2]。微软组织了六个人的工作小组研发[3][4]。而后，Internet Explorer 1.5在几个月后发行。它适用于Windows NT，且支持部分的表格显示。
虽然这个软件并非捆绑于Windows 95中，但用户仍然可以下载并安装并安装在搭载Windows 95的电脑中。
在1995年11月，这个版本被Internet Explorer 2取代。
