细胞色素 P450 27C1(cytochrome P450 27C1[1][2],CYP27C1[3][4]),化学式为 C2426H3796O668N677S14Fe[5],是细胞色素P450超家族的一员,由CYP27C1基因编码,是定位于许多不同组织线粒体内膜单加氧酶[6][7]

CYP27C1在体内的主要功能是将全反式视黄醇(属于维生素A1)转化为全反式3,4-脱氢视黄醛(属于维生素A2[8];此外还能催化多种反应,如胆固醇甾体激素的合成与代谢[9]
