云莓（学名：Rubus chamaemorus）又名兴安悬钩子[1]，是一种在广泛在北半球亚寒带地方生长的悬钩子属多年生灌木，分布于加拿大、斯堪的纳维亚地区、波罗的海沿岸、芬兰、爱尔兰、苏格兰、俄罗斯、中国东北、日本、朝鲜半岛以及近北极地区。
云莓多生长在林下或苔藓层中，目前尚未由人工引种栽培。花以白色为主，果实琥珀色，可直接生食或制成果酱。
云莓富含维生素C和多酚（鞣花酸等黄酮类化合物），可能有天然的防腐作用，使其制品不易变质，[2]尤其是在低温环境下，无需额外添加糖便可储存。[3]
此外，云莓还富含柠檬酸、苹果酸、维生素E（α-生育酚）、花青素，以及β-胡萝卜素（维生素A的前体类胡萝卜素）。[4]这些成分在芬兰不同产区的含量因日照、降雨或气温的差异而有所不同。[5]云莓不同品系的基因型也可能影响其多酚成分的组成，尤其是鞣花单宁类（如lambertianin C和Sanguiin H-6）、花青素和槲皮素的含量。[6]
