美极（Maggi）是一个国际食品品牌。产品包括有速食汤料的高汤、汤块，与调味用的番茄酱、调味酱等。美极原本由朱利叶斯·美极（Julius Maggi）于1872年创立，后被雀巢公司在1947年收购，成为旗下的一个品牌。美极的畅销产品有在印度的“美极即食面”[1]、在亚洲、非洲或中东、拉丁美洲等地的“美极汤块”[2]，和美极鲜酱油[3]。
2015年6月，美极即食面被印度的北方省政府与德里市政府验出含有重金属铅，被勒令下架，数名为产品代言的宝莱坞明星遭到刑事调查[4]。雀巢回应称，铅含量标准应是按照冲泡后计算，认为政府直接测试干料包的作法有误[5]。此外，在新加坡、美国政府机关做出的测试也未检测出超标[6][7]。Bombay High Court最终下令在三个实验室重新测试，发现并无铅问题[8]。
