丝鼻鲇科（学名：Nematogenyidae），是辐鳍鱼纲鲇形目的其中一科。其下仅有一属一种，即丝鼻鲇（Nematogenys inermis），为温带淡水鱼，分布于南美洲智利淡水流域，体长可达40.7公分，栖息在底层水域，生活习性不明。
