鋅指結構E-box-結合同源框1（Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1）是一個由人類基因ZEB1編碼的蛋白質[1][2][3]。
ZEB1（以前稱為TCF8）編碼一種帶有鋅指結構域和同源框結構域的轉錄因子，結合位點為白血球介素-2基因轉錄起始位點上游100個bp處，通過負調控來抑制白介2的表達。[4]。ZEB1和其哺乳動物中的旁系同源蛋白ZEB2都屬於同源框轉錄因子家族中的鋅指結構家族中的Zeb家族。ZEB1蛋白質有7個鋅指結構和1個同源框結構[5]，見右側圖。
臨床意義[編輯]
基因突變對基因與 後多形角膜營養最近的一項研究建議其作出貢獻的作用，在 肺癌 的侵襲和轉移的發展。[6]
