細胞色素 P450 27B1（英語：Cytochrome P450 27B1，縮寫CYP27B1）也被稱為25-羥基維生素 D3 1-α-羥化酶（25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 1-alpha-hydroxylase,化學式為：C2567H4025O707N739S16Fe[1]，EC 1.14.15.18），是細胞色素P450超家族的一員，由CYP27B1基因編碼，定位於粒線體內膜[2][3][4]，在許多組織細胞中表現，如腎的近曲小管、皮膚角質形成細胞、免疫細胞[5]、成骨細胞等[6]，催化骨化二醇羥基化生成骨化三醇（維生素D的活性形式）[7]：
- 骨化二醇 + 2 還原型 Adx + 2 H+ + O2 ⇌ 骨化三醇 + 2 氧化型 Adx + H2O
