細胞色素 P450 27A1（英語：Cytochrome P450 27A1，縮寫CYP27A1）也被稱為甾醇-27-羥化酶（sterol 27-hydroxylase，EC 1.14.15.15），化學式為：C2627H4049O715N701S18Fe[1]，是細胞色素P450超家族的一員，由CYP27A1基因編碼，是定位於許多不同組織線粒體內膜的單加氧酶，能催化多種甾醇側鏈上27號位以及其它位置的羥基化，如在膽汁酸合成中催化膽固醇生成27-羥基膽固醇[2]，在維他命D合成代謝中催化膽鈣化醇（維他命D3）生成骨化二醇（25-羥基維他命D3）[3]。
