VDL巴士（VDL Bus Chassis，前称DAF Bus International）为荷兰巴士底盘生产商，源自DAF的巴士生产线。
DAF的巴士生产线于1990年脱离DAF公司，并且成立DAF Bus International，为United Bus成员之一。岂料United Bus于1993年破产，DAF Bus International就被VDL 集团收购。2003年9月，DAF Bus International易名为VDL Bus International，2008年再易名为VDL Bus Chassis。现时VDL集团持有VDL巴士81%股份，其余则由美国PACCAR持有。
