热袍菌门（学名：Thermotogota），又称为栖热袍菌门，是一类嗜热或者超嗜热细菌，其细胞外面有一层“袍”一样的膜包裹，可以利用碳水化合物。不同的种类可适应不同的盐浓度和氧含量。该门模式属为热袍菌属（Thermotoga）。
