捕鸟蛛属、巨人捕鸟蛛属 或 亚马逊捕鸟蛛属（学名：Theraphosa）是捕鸟蛛科的一属，旗下共有三个物种，并列全球最大型蜘蛛。此属成员全部分布于南美洲亚马逊流域，包括圭亚那、巴西、委内瑞拉、哥伦比亚等国。[1]所有亚马逊巨人捕鸟蛛均为地栖性，一般匿藏于啮齿动物遗弃之地洞，偶尔挖洞，靠捕食其他节肢动物以及小型脊椎动物为生。
