此模板生产一个包含条目或者消歧义页面链接顶注；可以接受0-5个参数。
例如通过{{For|用于创建for循环的模板|Template:For loop}}会呈现：

假设页面名称是 Foo ：
- 第一个参数修改顶注本身因此应该是纯文本，比如
{{For|相似术语}}显示结果为:
- 第二个参数用于改变结果中的链接，比如
{{For|相似术语|Foobar}}显示结果为:
- 第三、四、五个参数可以用于给出不同数量的补充链接：
最后一个通过{{For|相似术语|Foobar|Bar|Baz|Quux}}生成。
