Steak 'n Shake是美国的一家快餐连锁店，主要在美国中西部地区开店，并在美国其他地区及西欧设有分店。公司总部位于印第安纳州首府印第安纳波利斯，是Biglari控股的全资子公司[1]。Steak 'n Shake主要提供汉堡和手工奶昔，最知名的菜色是牛排汉堡。
2018年，Steak 'n Shake共有628间餐厅。其中414家是直营店，214家是加盟店[2]。2021年，Steak 'n Shake有536家门店。2023年3月31日，门店数已降至493家[3]。该公司已从全方位服务的餐厅模式转向得来速和自助点餐服务[4][5]。
