NGC 1711，又记作ESO 56-SC10，是山案座的疏散星团，位处大麦哲伦星系之中，1826年由詹姆士·丹露帕发现。约翰·德雷耳将其列入原版天体新总表（NGC），形容为“球状星团，明亮，小，不规则圆形，可明确分辨，明显由14等恒星构成”。[1]
星团年龄约四千六百万年，金属丰度为太阳的52 %。[2]星团内，恒星的质量分布由

描述，其中<math>m</math>是质量，<math>N</math>是恒星数，指数<math>\alpha\approx -1.72</math>。[3]
