支原体科或枝原体科（学名：Mycoplasmataceae）是支原体目的一科细菌。[1]该科由支原体属和另外四个属组成。
1967年，支原体目被并入柔膜菌纲。[2] 自2018年起，性传播物种和脲原体被归类为拟支原体科。[3]
