盐杆菌属（学名：Halobacterium）为盐杆菌目盐杆菌科的一属革兰氏阴性菌。生活在盐湖、盐场及腐败的盐制品等中性盐环境中。此属的模式种为盐沼盐杆菌(Halobacterium salinarum)。
