孪生球菌属（学名：Gemella）为核衣细菌目的一属革兰氏阳性菌。细胞呈球状或延长。是人的口腔、肠道和呼吸道的专性寄生菌。此属的模式种为溶血孪生球菌(Gemella haemolysans)。
