角蝉总科（学名：Membracoidea），旧作 叶蝉总科（学名：Cicadelloidea， 是半翅目颈喙亚目蝉下目（Cicadomorpha）之下三个总科之一，包括叶蝉科和角蝉科这两个物种数量庞大的科。同一总科之内，其余各科的物种数量相当少，有些还是单系群，尽管部分文献或会将这些“小科”合并为一个科。被视为孑遗科的Myerslopiidae科物种只见于新西兰及南美洲；而Melizoderidae科也只有两个属，均栖息于南美洲[1][2]。由于本总科物种在新热带界的高度多样性，表明该地区是本总科物种的起源所在地。
