豆蟹（Pinnotheres pisum）是豆蟹属的一种小型螃蟹，寄生在牡蛎和其他一些双壳纲生物身上。它单纯依靠这些寄主为生，并可能对寄主造成损害[2]。这种螃蟹因为只有豌豆那么大而得名，实际上其种小名的意思就是豌豆。其雄蟹螯比雌性长，背壳也更坚硬，雌性的背壳呈透明状，可看到体内器官[3]。
繁殖[编辑]
雄性豆蟹在交配期会花数小时摩擦藏有雌蟹的贝壳，直到贝壳打开[4]。奥克兰大学的研究者发现Nepinnotheres novaezelandiae也有同样的行为模式。[5]
