这是维克多·雨果诗集《静观集》中的《诗节》（Stances）手稿范例。

诗节（stanza，与上位概念一共俗称verse），或节、联，是西方诗歌里的一个段落、小节。一个诗节的行数（line）并非固定。

示例

下面这首诗节选自《Our God, Our Help in Ages Past》，共有三个诗节，每个诗节有四行。

<poem> Our God, our help in ages past, Our hope for years to come, Our shelter from the stormy blast, And our eternal home.
