腹痛（abdominal pain）俗称“肚子疼”、“肚子痛”（stomach ache[注 1]），泛指腹部及其周围部分的疼痛症状，常见的病因包括肠胃炎、大肠激躁症[2]。约有10% 的人可能是因更紧急的原因引起，例如阑尾炎、腹主动脉瘤破裂、憩室炎，或异位妊娠[2]。三分之一的病患原因则未明[2]。
