人类的胯部是指骨盆底部,人类腿部躯干接合之处,一般也包括鼠蹊部生殖器

艺术作品中的描绘[编辑]

在旧石器时代的艺术作品中就已经开始描绘女性的胯部,一般不包括胯部的毛发[1]

古典的女性裸体大理石像中也不绘制阴毛,而男性的裸体像会有卷曲的阴毛[2]

在许多欧洲艺术的历史中(一直到十七世纪末),女性的胯部都是用以上的方式描绘“艺术中常将女性阴部只视为是腹部下方的一点,而不是两腿的交会之处。”[3]

服装[编辑]

在服装上,胯部是指短裤紧身裤中,裤管开始分开的部分。胯部下方的衣物也就是两条裤管的接缝[4]。胯部较宽松的服装一般也是比较休闲、随和的服装款式[5]

胯部合身的服装英语Form-fitting garment会造成一些视觉效果,有时会有一些不正式的方式称呼,例如针对男性的“男性隆起”(man-bulge)[6]或“驼鹿关节”(moose-knuckle)[7],若是女性的大阴唇形状透过衣物明显可见,会称为骆驼趾(camel toe)[8]。男性胯部衣物若长期压迫生殖器,会增加其肿涨的风险[9]
