美味

美味,一般指食物在味觉、嗅觉等方面令人愉悦。
美味是一个相对的概念。因此会随着环境、个人口味甚至受众的变化而变化。[1]例如印尼吃的蜂蛹,到了另一个国家就不受欢迎。[2]台湾的臭豆腐,或是欧洲气味较重的起司也比较不容易受到其他国家的喜爱。[3]
