纤粉蝶(Psyche,学名:Leptosia nina,又名黑点粉蝶)是纤粉蝶属的一种小型蝴蝶,分布于印度次大陆、东南亚与澳洲。[1][2]其前翅上表为白底,具一黑色斑点。飞行方式轻盈飘忽,振翅时身体上下摆动,通常在草地上低飞,鲜少离地活动。

节录自查尔斯·汤玛斯·宾汉所著《英属印度动物志:包含锡兰与缅甸之蝴蝶卷二》.(1907年):
- 尼塞维尔未出版的手稿中称其为“流浪雪花”。
- 翅上表:白色;翅基稍有细小黑鳞点。前翅:翅缘隐约有黑点,尖端呈黑色,内缘呈内弯角状;中后区有一个大型略呈梨形的黑色斑点。后翅白色一致,大多数个体在翅端有非常细微的黑色边线。[3]
- 翅下表:白色;前翅翅缘与尖端,以及整个后翅散布极细的绿色横纹与小斑点;后翅上的这些斑点倾向于排列成翅基下方、中部与翅盘的斜横带状。前翅:中后区之黑点与上表相同;前后翅翅缘脉端有短小黑色横线,常融合形成与上表相似的黑色边线。触角深褐色带白斑,头部略带褐色,胸腹部为白色。雌蝶与雄蝶相似,但前翅上表的黑纹通常较宽,但不一定一般如此。[3][4]
- 翅展:25–53 毫米[3]
- 栖地:从喜马拉雅山脉低海拔地区(穆索里至锡金)、印度中部、西部与南部(不含沙漠区)、斯里兰卡、阿萨姆、缅甸与丹那沙林山脉,分布延伸至中国与马来地区。[3]
- 幼虫:绿色,腿基部带青白色,略具毛。以山柑属植物为食,食草包含牛眼睛(Capparis zeylanica)。[5]
- 幼虫亦取食碎米荠属(Cardamine)与白花菜属(Cleome)植物叶片。[6]
- 蛹:有时为绿色,但通常为柔和粉红色。幼虫与蛹皆与黄蝶相似,但更为纤细。引自Davidson、Bell与Aitken在宾汉著作中之记载。[3]
