乌马考 （英语、西班牙语：Humacao），绰号东部之珠 （La Perla del Oriente）、La Ciudad Gris和Roye Huesos等，是美国属土波多黎各的一个自治市，位于波多黎各岛东部海岸。面积143.63平方公里。2000年人口62,244人，是该岛第十一大城市。下分乌马考市和10区。
1722年4月建立，1793年设市。
