浮萍（学名：package.lua第80行Lua错误：module 'Module:Lang/data/iana languages' not found[2]），别称青萍、水薸 [注 1]，是天南星科浮萍属水生植物。广布于世界各地，池塘、湖泊内常见。
其种加词“minor”意为“较小的”。
形态[编辑]
多年生漂浮性水生植物，植物体为倒卵形或长椭圆形叶状，成片浮于水面，两面浅绿色，直径约1～3cm，下面有根一条；叶状枝自植物体下部生出，对生；夏季开白色花，着生在叶状体的侧面。
繁殖[编辑]
栽培容易，生长极快，需要加以控制。适温10～35℃，pH5.5～7.5,以无性分裂方式繁殖[5]。

以带根全草入药，性寒，味辛，功能发汗透疹、清热利水，主治表邪发热、麻疹、水肿等症。
