波兰人（波兰语：Polacy ；单数为Polak）是西斯拉夫的一个民族和种族，具有多个涵义，是指广泛概念上之称呼，在各种场合或立场上都有不同的界定。平常来说是一种住在波兰的人或在波兰出生的人简称波兰人。

以下并非要明确界定一个人是否为波兰人，但可作为考虑的因素，除了以下因素以外，还有其本人和其他人的认同（价值观因素）也非常重要。

  • 以“地理”概念界定：出生或居住在波兰的人。
  • 以“人种”概念界定：主要具有欧洲波兰民族血统的人，包括其他少数民族。
  • 以“国籍”或“法律”概念界定：只要是波兰共和国的公民都可被认定是波兰人。

波兰人是犹太人与罗姆人外纳粹大屠杀的受害者之一，估计在二战期间有大约一百八十万至三百万的波兰人受纳粹杀害。
