巴尼河（法语：Bani）是马里境内的尼日尔河主要支流，于莫普提（Mopti）附近汇入尼日尔河，河道全长约1,100公里。巴尼河是流量随季节改变，9月底的流量最高，而2月至6月的流量则很少。巴尼河每年接收的雨量按年而异。
