皇家荷蘭郵政 Koninklijke PostNL[2]是在荷蘭，比利時，盧森堡和意大利運營的郵件，包裹和電子商務公司。該公司是阿姆斯特丹泛歐交易所公開上市的上市公司。[3][4]之前是TNT N.V.的子公司，荷蘭郵政在TNT's 拆分（2011年5月）後成為獨立公司.

2011年5月, TNT N.V.決定拆分TNT Express包裹公司，剩下的公司的郵政業務改名為荷蘭郵政Post NL。[4]PostNL 保留了在TNT Express公司29.9%的股份。[5]
