浴火鳶尾屬（學名：Pillansia）也叫火紅鳶尾屬，是鳶尾科的一個屬，是種開花植物，於1914年首次被描述為一個屬。它僅包含一個已知物種，即浴火鳶尾（Pillansia templemannii），為南非開普省特有。[1][2][3]
屬名是對南非植物學家內維爾·斯圖爾特·皮蘭斯的致敬，他將引起了路易莎·博盧斯對該物種的注意。[4]
