《NBA 2K10》是一款由Visual Concepts公司製作、2K Sports發行的籃球類電子遊戲。本遊戲於2009年10月6日首先發行。遊戲在索尼PlayStation 2、PlayStation 3、Windows和Xbox 360發行。本遊戲是NBA 2K系列的第11作。
