支原體科或枝原體科（學名：Mycoplasmataceae）是支原體目的一科細菌。[1]該科由支原體屬和另外四個屬組成。
1967年，支原體目被併入柔膜菌綱。[2] 自2018年起，性傳播物種和脲原體被歸類為擬支原體科。[3]
發育系統[編輯]
目前接受的分類法基於原核生物標準命名列表（LPSN）[4] 和美國國家生物技術信息中心（NCBI）。[5]
