MYO1B (化學式為：C5929H9391O1689N1649S37[1])是一個位於人類2號染色體上的基因，編碼一種隸屬肌凝蛋白超家族的蛋白肌凝蛋白-Ib（Myosin-Ib）。MYO1B編碼的肌凝蛋白-Ib是一種非典型的肌凝蛋白，與編碼肌凝蛋白-1的MYH1是兩種不同的基因。MYO1B基因的基因突變突變可能會導致耳聾、大腸癌等疾病[2][3][4][5]。
