孿生球菌屬（學名：Gemella）為核衣細菌目的一屬革蘭氏陽性菌。細胞呈球狀或延長。是人的口腔、腸道和呼吸道的專性寄生菌。此屬的模式種為溶血孿生球菌(Gemella haemolysans)。
