五福花科（學名：Adoxaceae）是川續斷目中的一個小科，只包括三個屬，大約150-200種植物，葉為對生，有緣齒，花為5基數，鮮有4基數的，聚傘花序，核果，和山茱萸科植物非常相似。
以前的分類法常將這個科分入忍冬科，克朗奎斯特分類法將其單獨分為一科，但只包括一屬，APG 分類法經過基因檢測，將接骨木屬和莢蒾屬劃入五福花科，但單獨列到II類真菊分支，沒有劃入任何一目；2003年經過修訂的APG II 分類法仍然將其列入川續斷目。
五福花屬是多年生草本植物，葉為複葉，早春開花，夏季果實成熟後植株的地上部會立即凋萎。
接骨木屬葉為複葉，基本是灌木，但有兩種是大型草本植物。
莢蒾屬都是灌木，葉為單葉。
