MYO1F (化学式为:C5543H8726O1622N1590S39[1])是一个位于人类17号染色体上的基因,该编码是一种隶属于肌凝蛋白超家族的蛋白肌凝蛋白-If(Myosin-If)。MYO1F编码的肌凝蛋白-If是一种非典型的肌凝蛋白,与编码肌凝蛋白-1MYH1是两种不同的基因。[2][3][4][5]

MYO1F基因主要在免疫系统中表达,其功能主要与细胞黏附,细胞移动有关[6]。而该基因的突变则与非综合征性耳聋有关[7]
