桑人（San），又称萨恩人（Saan）、巴萨尔瓦人（Basarwa），是生活于南非、博茨瓦纳、纳米比亚与安哥拉的一个以狩猎采集为生原住民族。生活在不同地区的桑人的语言差异极大，桑人也常被外人称作布须曼人（Template:Langx，意为“丛林人”），但现今被认为是贬损的称呼。

自1950年代开始，桑人社会开始进行现代化。此外，遗传学上根据人类Y染色体DNA单倍型类群的研究显示，此民族可能是世界上现存最古老的民族之一。2009年的一项非洲人基因多样性调查显示，桑人是非洲基因最多样的五个民族之一。
