前庭核（Nuclei vestibulares）乃投射前庭神经的脑神经神经核。分布于脑干中的桥脑及延髓。

解剖

神经径路

前庭神经会由耳蜗内部进入延髓，并经过下大脑脚（inferior peduncle）与三叉神经脊髓径之间。

亚神经核

该合共包含了四个亚核，皆位于第四脑室底部。

神经核	位置	备注
内前庭核	延髓（第四脑室底）	又称背前庭核（dorsal vestibular nucleus）或主前庭核（chief vestibular nucleus）。位于菱形窝的听区（area acustica） 下方。该核尾端又称降前庭核（descending vestibular nucleus）或脊髓前庭核（descending vestibular nucleus）。
外前庭核	延髓上侧	又称代特氏核（dorsal vestibular nucleus），由大细胞组成，位于菱形窝外侧角，该核外背侧有时又称为别氏核（nucleus of Bechterew）。
