谁人乐队（英语：The Who）是一支英国摇滚乐队，他们在1964年成军。乐队后来成为一直以来最受高评和最受欢迎的摇滚艺术家之一，其现场演出尤其被推崇备至，被形容为“可能是史上最佳的现场演出乐团”[1]。破坏乐器，包括砸吉他、打破鼓组、甩麦克风、吉他大风车等经典舞台动作都是由他们开创的。
乐团大部分时间及经典阵容为主唱罗杰·多特里、吉他手皮特·汤申德、贝司手约翰·恩特维斯托及鼓手凯思·穆恩。在凯思·穆恩及约翰·恩特维斯托先后在1978年及2002年离世，包括了1983年—1988年，及1990年—1995年的隐退期，谁人乐队经历一段长时间的过离合及巡回演出后，录音室专辑 Endless Wire 在2006年10月30日推出。1990年被引入摇滚名人堂[2]。2019年12月6日，发行最新录音室专辑 Who 。
