伦敦皇家内科医师学会 (Royal College of Physicians of London) 是一所位于伦敦的内科医师学会。1518年由亨利八世成立，初时称为内科医师学会，至1674年冠“皇家”称号。成立目的是制定对内科这门专科的专业水准。每年均会举办多次的专科考试，医生要通过一系列的考试评核后，才可成为会员，英文简称MRCP(UK)，全写为 Membership of the Royal College of Physicians。
