皇家学会报告（英语：Proceedings of the Royal Society），又称《英国皇家学会报告》，是英国皇家学会发表的科学期刊，原本是一份期刊，在1905年被拆分为两份独立的期刊：
目前，这两种期刊是英国皇家学会的主要研究期刊。许多著名的科学家都曾在《皇家学会报告》发表了他们的研究 ，包括马克士威、海森堡、狄拉克、欧内斯特·卢瑟福及薛定谔等等。
