小康奈尔·海恩斯（Cornell Haynes, Jr.，1974年11月2日—），以其艺名Nelly出名，是一位美国非裔的说唱歌手和演员。出生于美国德克萨斯州奥斯汀，童年时随母亲搬到密苏里州大学城。2000年发行首张个人录音室专辑《Country Grammar》，并登上告示牌榜单冠军，2002年第二张专辑《Nellyville》更缔造了《Hot in Herre》和《Dilemma》（feat. Kelly Rowland）两首冠军单曲。
