大疣蛛科（学名：Macrothelidae）是蛛形纲蜘蛛目猛蛛亚目下的一科。大疣蛛科下有一个亚科长尾蛛亚科（Macrothelinae），其下有一个属长尾蛛属（Macrothele），长尾蛛属又可称为粒突蛛属、大疣蛛属，共有55种[1]，大多数物种分布在亚洲，当中包括印度、日本、中国大陆、台湾和爪哇，其中有4种分布在非洲，还有2种分布在欧洲。
描述[编辑]
此属的蜘蛛体型相当的大，在中国大陆雌性蜘蛛体长可达1至3公分（0.4至1.2英寸）。雄性蜘蛛的体型则比较小，有时甚至只有雌性蜘蛛体型的一半的长度而已，这些蜘蛛喜欢在岩石下或原木下或著是地下的缝隙或洞穴张网或建成漏斗状的网。
